As your home inspector I provide clients with thorough, professional and Informative inspection reports. I am a Certified Home Inspector and have worked in the residential and commercial construction field for 25+ years. I receive my certifications and continue education from The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I get on the roof, in crawl spaces and check everything in between. Pluming,electrical, I check the gas lines for leaks, water heater, furnace, I inspect it all along with pricing estimates of repairs and projects.
